Been shopping there for years...bought the wife a Kitchen Aid blender for XMas...she loves it, its the grreaest...but started acting up...called store with exact details of purchase, including time twice...they said to bring it in to swap for new one...even checked if our color was in stock...I drove 30 mins across town on their word only to be told they could NOT swap it out and gave me Kitchen Aid's #...called them and in 5 mins had a replacement enroute...but WHY COULDN'T THET HAVE DONE THAT AFTER REPLACING MINE? INSTEAD THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE WORD OF AN EMPLOYEE AND LOST AN OLD CUSTOMER AND GOT THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW...HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT FOR THEM!!!

Love the store. They have everything. Had to return a used lemon squeezer due to chipping and no questions asked. I love when they take care of their customers.
Great place to shop for the person that has everything!

This was the only place in a 50 mile radius of abq that knew if they had a plane, ordinary sifter for flour.
