Banner Kitchens
3360 Smith Farm Road Reviews By Nguyen, T from Friendswood, TX Posted Aug 15, 2018 Paid $12K for a work order (November 2017) on our kitchen and masterbath, after Hurricane Harvey. Cabinets, doors and other parts arrived in boxes for months and partial installation started mid-February for 3 days and 1 day in April and then stopped indefinitely since, with no communication whatsoever from Banner Kitchens (Tom Casoria), calls and texts go unanswered. Boxes of cabinets and materials remain since the partial work stopped. Some cabinets are up with doors and drawers missing, the island is still MIA so there's an empty spot in the middle of the kitchen still. So without the completed kitchen cabinetry work, there are still no appliances as there aren't any countertops to house the built in stove top, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, or sinks. Unbelievable, now we have to find another contractor to finish the work and pay more money, after you stole ours and didn't finish the job. Thieves!
