Reviews  By Virginia M. from Mesa, AZ Posted May 2, 2013 We suffered a water leak in our kitchen and required replacement of all of our countertops as part of the repair work involved. L&M was selected by our Restoration Company and we have had a good response from the people we have met who represented L&M. During the installation of the new countertops, the final piece was rather large because it had an overhang for dining. When this piece went in it came up "short", meaning it did not meet the wall where the overhang was, but was installed because I was going to have a tile backsplash and thought the gap would be covered by tile. However, the gap was too wide and further realized that part of the countertop was also installed crookedly. We advised our restoration agent who contacted L&M about the problem. After several weeks went by and after a visit with Jarell who originally did the measurements for the countertops, he and our restoration agent mulled over different scenarios to correct the problems. Thanks to them and Jerry and Adam (miracle workers) they saved the day. After mulling over the best way to approach the problem to correct the installation, Jerry and Adam were able to remove the entire section without any damage and after making many calculated cuts were able to make that section of the countertop a perfect fit. We can't say enough about the wonderful craftsmanship Jerry and Adam performed to turn a bad situation into the save of the day. Congratulations to all who persevered and made both of us so happy with the outcome. Thanks again to all who used their skills and ingenuity to perform this miracle for us. In spite of the problem we had, we would still your company 5 stars because you made sure the installation was going to be done perfectly.!!!!
