Reviews By diana c from highland park, IL Posted Aug 6, 2010 The owner of the company, Mike, is the most honest and hardworking person in the industry. He helped me with two bathrooms in my home. Our powder room previously had a formica vanity connected to wall to wall mirrors and a pedestal sink. I showed this bathroom to 4 contractors, all of whom told me that the entire bathroom needed to be gutted and that the cost of gutting would be more than 10K. I showed the bathroom to Mike and he told me he could place quartz on the vanity and replace the sink. He brought his plumber and the plumber disconnected the old sink and reconnected the new sink. He also removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet. The cost of the quartz including installation was only $600. I bought a Kohler faucet and sink on line for $90 and $57, respectively. The plumber only charged $150 to disconnect and reconnect the sinks. We also changed the sinks and toilet in a Jack and Jill bathroom and he removed the formica countertop and put 1.25 inch thickness granite on the vanity cabinet. The cost of the 91 inch granite piece and the installation was $800. I went to the granite people connected to studio 41 on pulaski and they would have charged 50% more. He does beautiful work and completes the job in a timely manner with NO MISTAKES!!! Both bathrooms were complete in 8 hours (three guys came). He is great to work with and a decent human being, I will use his company again in the future!!! Share Your Review Please note: all reviews are screened for spam and take 24-48 hours to be approved.
