First of all, I had to call to find the place because the sign outside is for a warehouse, and there is no sign that says, "Michiana Tops." We are thinking about replacing our countertops in our kitchen, and I am just doing some initial research on pricing. I had measurements and pictures, but I had not actually drawn it out, which I was immediately scolded for. The man I met there was extremely condescending, correcting everything from my terminology to the fact that "laminate countertops are not measured by the square foot." I was just looking for some help...if I knew everything and could do it myself, I wouldn't have been there in the first place. My husband and I like to get the best price we can on things, but I would not return to such a rude and condescending man if you paid me to.
