Reviews  By Dan C from deridder, LA Posted Dec 23, 2014 For pictures of the Tub Docteur’s work, go to http://www.cassellhomebuilders.com/tubdocteur/ I contacted Mr. Steven Lee from the Tub Docteur to repair a thumbnail sized chip in a Jacuzzi tub at my client’s house, located in Deridder, LA. Upon arriving, one additional scratch was identified on the tub, which the technician from the Tub Docteur agreed to repair. Upon his completion, I asked him about some obvious places where there was foreign material that had fallen into the paint. He left me a piece of sand paper and assured me that it would "buff out." I have given him the benefit of the doubt, but he was obviously incorrect. The tub is now dry, and it is not an acceptable level of workmanship, to say the least. There are rough spots where the primer is still exposed, and there is lots of foreign material in the paint which he sprayed my tub with. The house was vacant and locked the remainder of the day after he left. In my recent communications with the owner, I have requested that he come repair his work. He has done nothing but argue, try to pass the blame, and even accused me of lying. His technician apparently told him that he did not spray the whole tub. It is obvious from these pictures that he did in fact, spray the entire top of the tub, and a pretty bad spray job at that. I sent him pictures of the problem areas, but he has refused to make it right. The Tub Docteur did not conduct his business with me in a professional or upright manner.
