They had told us if they had it in stock they would sell what we needed to finish by the sq foot. Went back to get the granite we wanted and they refused to honor their agreement, said they would only sell us a full slab now. They are flat liars looking for bigger money. If I would of known I could of bought the whole slab the first time doing everything. They are liars plain and simple and I will never spend another dollar with them on my personal property of investment properties. They just lost out on the real money..... We were able to pick out the granite slab from thier extensive on hand stock. We were walked through each step of the process in replacing our old laminet counter top with a thouroughly beautiful granite top. It has brightened up a rather dark kitchen. We love it. Installation done in 3 hours, Ten days from start to finish. Thanks Inside outside inc. and all of your employees that we came in contact with. I will recomend you to all my friends and am proud to show off out new kitchen to them. By MaryS from Ocean Springs, MS Posted Jun 2, 2010 After being told my countertops would be installed in 12 days, they arrived in 24 days. The person who came out to measure was over an hour late, never called. After my countertops were installed, one area came with a seam I did not sign off on, one top was installed on a slant, one top's size was completely messed up and had to go back to the shop, they did not drill a hole for something and NONE of the edges along my countertops were even. It looked like my 10 year old held the router. After I voiced my concerns, it took the owner Tim, 2 more weeks to come out to look at. He arrived 90 minutes late, with no apology. The first words out of his mouth were nothing like his website says, that they care about customer service. He immediately got defensive and said we were overreacting. After a few minutes of trying to decide how to fix the problems, his response was "I'd rather you find someone else to do this job. I will take back my materials...... I have remodeled 7 homes. I have never encountered anything like this. He was rude and arrogant and could have cared less about making it right. In a brand new kitchen, all my countertops have to be ripped out and redone.
