Reviews  By CT WAG from hershey, PA Posted Nov 12, 2013 Lesher, Frank Nov. 08 Location: 8300 block Paxton Street Harrisburg, PA 17111 Arrest Date: 10/25/2013 Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance On October 25th, 2013, at about 2145 hours, Swatara Township Police were dispatched to the 8300 block of Paxton Street for a motor vehicle crash. While investigating the crash, Officers detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from one of the drivers, Frank Lesher. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI, and submitted to a test of his blood. Results of that test were recently received by the police department, and Lesher has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance.
