We advised them that we had concrete countertops that we wished to replace and realized that it could be a difficult job. We waited over a week for them to come give us an estimate (while putting off another company). On the day of our appointment, they called and said "their truck had broken down" and they would call us to reschedule. That was over two months ago and we never heard back from them. I consider this to be extremely inconsiderate. It actually caused us a considerable delay with the other company. If they felt they were not qualified to tackle this project, I wish they had just been honest about it. By lewis from seminole, FL Posted Oct 25, 2014 Excellent company, awesome crew. From the time they started our job till the day they finished they were always on time and cleaned up after each day of work. I have never seen this type of work any were by any contractor. Let me say this if your looking for a company that comes in tears out and installs and its done by a wheaton and not a sub-contractor then i would use this family. I have done many projects around my home and none have gone as smooth and on time as this one. It was very interesting when we first stopped by the showroom that they had no salesman, they told me that no one should feel pressure or be pressured into buying anything and when doing a project you shoud take your time and sure that you understand what your getting and buying .
