We've been in business since 1993. Reviews By Kim T from Tilghman, MD Posted Jul 23, 2015 Nice product offerings but terrible service and installation. We had bought an expensive piece of matte black granite. After installation we noticed that there were odd glossy streaks in the surface that wouldn't come off. At first the company denied it was their fault, then ultimately admitted that their installers must have accidentally brushed an ager across the surface of the granite. Their solution was to brush MORE AGER across the entire surface to even things up. We told them we didn't want to lose the original color or finish of the granite and they assured us it would be fine -- which of course it wasn't. We ended up with a glossy look we didn't want. Worst part was, they didn't even apply it evenly so we had glossy and matte patches on the counter. Even though this was entirely their screw up, and even though they had no idea how to remove the ager, they refused to replace the granite. Their next solution was to "experiment" with a chemical cleaner. We refused, but they somehow talked out contractor into it. He let them do it without our permission. I guess they all assume that if they bully their way through whatever they want we won't have grounds to complain at the end of the day. This has been going on for over a month. If I could give them a lower rating I absolutely would. Share Your Review Please note: all reviews are screened for spam and take 24-48 hours to be approved.
