I made the mistake of paying them $5,200 for some counter-top work at the price they gave me. But they then more than doubled the price once they came to do the work. I canceled job, and asked for a refund. They adamantly refused to give me my money back. They even threatened to arrest me if I came to their business and asked for my money back. They refused to take credit cards, which I could have probably gotten my money back, working through the credit card company. They insisted on a check, and waited until the check cleared before jacking up the price, and then refusing to refund my money., If you give them any money upfront, be prepared to lose if all, if my experience is typical--especially their threat to arrest me if I complained about their high-handed and arrogant manner of doing business.
